GSS is here again but funnily, unlike previous years, I have not been able to chalk up $30 easily in a single receipt to enter the GSS lucky draw...wondered if it's because things are getting too cheap or am I getting stingier on my purchases. Dinner at Pu Tien was only $29.65 while the desserts at Bakerzin cost $19.30.
