Song Fa Bak Kut Teh used to be located at the ex-Blanco Court (where Raffles Hospital is situated now). I still remember the hype when my Dad would bring the family out for dinner there...the Soup (refillable!) is fantastic, and not to mention the Pig Trotters that melts in your mouth (did I just mention it?).

 

It has since commercialised by selling sachet packs of its recipe at grocery stores and supermarkets. Since Blanco court was demolished, it has moved to the Kopi Tiam at Rochor Centre, and I heard there's another stall at Upp Serangoon...To be honest, the standard seems to have dropped, but nonetheless still nice.
